Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a dynamic team at Digital Dynamics Inc. in Scotts Valley, California. This contract position is crucial for supporting full-cycle recruiting across technical, operations, and corporate roles. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage defined requisitions end-to-end and collaborate closely with HR and senior recruiting leadership on complex or critical searches. This visible, candidate-facing role demands strong organization, professionalism, and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting activities for assigned requisitions.
  • Participate in intake discussions to clarify role requirements and success profiles.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and ongoing communications.
  • Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Conduct and document reference checks.
  • Support offer preparation and candidate closing efforts.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation.
  • Serve as a professional first point of contact for candidates.
  • Greet and host onsite interview candidates.
  • Ensure interview schedules, rooms, and logistics are prepared and executed smoothly.
  • Deliver timely follow-up and a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Draft and post job openings across relevant platforms.
  • Maintain job postings within the ATS (Paycom).
  • Support recruiting-related social media and employer branding efforts.
  • Communicate DDI's culture, values, and employee-owner mindset to candidates.
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline progress, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Ensure recruiting processes align with company standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience supporting technical, operations, and/or corporate recruiting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong candidate-facing communication and professionalism.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Paycom, or similar).

Required Work Hours

Monday through Friday, 1st shift
